Logan Paul’s Epic Top-Rope Takedown ‘Ends’ Tom Brady’s Career [VIDEO]

Tom Brady and Logan Paul have kicked off a bit of a rivalry going ahead of an upcoming flag football competition. 

The WWE star has fired back at the former NFL star, calling his profession “cute,” and it will be interesting to see whether the GOAT responds. 

Brady was clearly unmoved after Paul branded himself the “highest level” of athlete when they sat down together on the latter’s ‘IMPAULSIVE’ podcast. 

The seven-time Super Bowl winner claimed he was worried about Paul after the latter revealed he would play in a flag football tournament in which Brady would be involved. 

“I’m actually a little worried for you because you’re a good athlete, but these guys are on another level,” Brady said.

Paul, who recently went viral for calling his own brother out, disagreed. 

“I’m the highest level. I’m the level,” he replied.“Bro, can Saquon Barkley do a flip off the top rope? Have you not seen me jump over someone’s head?”

Brady then downplayed Paul’s career in sports entertainment. 

“No, you’re not the level,” the ex-QB said. “You’re a good athlete, but when I’m thinking of Saquon Barkley, Odell Beckham, Justin Jefferson. It’s cute. I love WWE, it’s very cute. But honestly this is like real football, this is real competition.”

Paul explained that he was an all-state linebacker in high school. Still, Brady was unconvinced. 

“Let’s see if you can still bring it,” he said. “Look, we all had a great past. I won seven Super Bowls. No one gives a s**t. You know what matters? This game, March 21 in Saudi. I’m glad you’re gonna be there, and I’m glad you’re gonna finally compete in a competition that matters.”

Brady continued the pushback onsocial media on social media after the podcast appearance. 

“I hope people understand the level of competition this game is going to be. If you’re on my team you’re going to be locked in, all out, and we’re going to not just win… but dominate,” he wrote. “I do think @loganpaul has the right attitude and the effort will be there. How far that gets him will remain to be seen.”

Paul has since shot back with his own post. The wrestler and influencer posted a video of himself mimicking Barkley’s incredible hurdle from the 2024 NFL season. He then showed his own gravity-defying highlights. 

“The NFL is cute @TomBrady,” he wrote in the caption.

Meanwhile, the Fanatics Flag Football Classic is scheduled for March 21 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The official website notes that it will feature “Tom Brady, top athletes and global entertainers” in a three-team round-robin format.
