OnlyFans model Sophie Hall was dealt a huge blow against Tyreek Hill this week.

In 2024, the social media influencer and model sued Hill, alleging he broke her leg during a “friendly” football drill at his home in 2023. Hall stated that she needed reconstructive surgery after the incident. She promptly sued him for north of $50,000, having accused Hill of negligence, battery, and assault.

Hill fought back immediately, having his lawyers request medical evidence. That also included notes and reports from every doctor or hospital that treated her, as well as any documents supporting the claim that Hill was responsible. His legal team also demanded tax returns and messages or emails exchanged with her sister after the injury.

Sophie Hall’s complaint stated Hill started sending her “flirtatious” messages via Instagram. He flew her to Florida on June 28 and invited her to his home.

A friendly game of football turned heated when Tyreek Hill played a pass rusher and charged her, resulting in the injury mentioned above. She added that the WR downplayed her injury, offering her ice and a bed to lie in.

Now, Tyreek Hill has won one part of her lawsuit against him.

A judge denied the request to force the free-agent wide receiver to undergo a court-mandated psychological evaluation. The former Miami Dolphins wide receiver and model are in the middle of a court battle over alleged injuries she suffered at his home.

This denied motion handed Hill’s legal team a significant procedural win as the case moves forward, per TMZ. Judge David Haines issued the ruling, rejecting a December motion filed by Sophie Hall’s legal team.

Tyreek Hill will not be required to sit down with a licensed psychologist as part of the litigation. This clears one obstacle in what has become a prolonged and closely watched civil dispute.
