Former Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Jets running back Le’Veon Bell called out Logan Paul after the boxer turned professional wrestler backed out of their boxing match. The two stars agreed to a fight earlier this week after Paul offered $1 million to any NFL player who could beat him in a boxing fight.

Bell, who transitioned from the gridiron to the ring (2-1-0), accepted the challenge. However, in a wild turn of events, Paul backed out of the fight. During a live stream, the former YouTuber received a call from someone named “Chris,” who informed him that WWE wouldn’t let him fight.

Paul begged for the fight, even offering part of his purse to the company, but the decision was final.

“My loyalty’s with the WWE. I’m a good independent contractor, brother, whatever you guys need. And if you need me to shut it down, I’ll do it,” he said.

As soon as the video of Paul begging to be allowed to carry out the fight, Bell sent a message on X. He accused the wrestler of faking the call and claimed Paul was scared.

“AYE HOLD UP!!!!!!!!!!!! HE HAD SOMEBODY CALL IN AND ACT LIKE HE CANT MAKE THIS HAPPEN ANYMORE?!!!! THIS IS THE BIGGEST 🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆 WE HAVE EVER SEEN BEFORE OUR EYES .. @LoganPaul IS ACTUALLY SCARED!!! THIS IS CRAZY, HE ACTUALLY FAKED A PHONE CALL,” Bell wrote.

Paul shared the reasons why he called off the fight, always saying that the decision came from his bosses.

“Welp. The bosses called Turns out I’m too valuable of a WWE Superstar to be fighting bums I want to take this opportunity to congratulate @LeVeonBell and @BreidenFehoko for their 15 minutes of relevancy. Now back to being broke and retired,” Paul tweeted.

Bell responded with an edit of Paul with a clown nose and a piece of paper that said he staged the phone call to get away from the challenge.

Antonio Brown, a former teammate of Bell, also chimed in on the debate. He called Paul the B-word.

Logan Paul has a boxing background. He has proved himself in the ring, but it seems that Bell was too big a challenge for him. His feud with Tom Brady continues, and WWE won’t cancel their upcoming matchup.
