Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos were due to get married at a lavish ceremony in Como, Italy, a month from now. 

Wedding plans have unfortunately been scrapped. 

TMZ Sports broke news of their split on Saturday, citing a fiery argument as the reason. 

Dak and Sarah hosted joint bachelor and bachelorette parties in the Bahamas ahead of their nuptials. But the arrangement somehow set the stage for a massive fight that culminated in the latter calling things off. 

They have since sent an email to their 250 invited guests expressing regret over the cancellation.

Speculation over the cause of the split has been rife since the news dropped, including claims that Sarah Jane trashed the wedding plans because she didn’t want to sign a prenuptial agreement. 

According to TMZ, there’s no truth to the claim. 

“Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos’ split a month before their wedding had nothing to do with money — sources tell TMZ Sports the “report” making rounds on social media is complete B.S.,” the outlet relayed on Monday. “We made some calls … and our sources tell us it’s simply not true for a couple of reasons.”

The outlet pointed to Sarah Jane’s willingness to make the marriage work, something she always told friends.

“Another thing to note — we’re told Sarah Jane comes from a well-off family with deep roots in Tampa, Florida … and she has done well for herself as a wine and spirits specialist too, so their relationship was never about Dak’s NFL salary.

As for whether they ever had the prenup talk, we’re told Sarah Jane made it clear she wasn’t interested in the Dallas Cowboys superstar’s fortune … and since she had her own dough, she was never asked to sign anything.”

TMZ wasn’t able to offer a reason for the breakup. However, the outlet has made it clear there is no room for reconciliation due to irreparable damage.
