Tom Brady Reveals Giant Truth Bomb About His Dietary Habits After Getting Called Out For Fast-Food Commercials

Former NFL quarterback Tom Brady’s workout is based on his TB12 Method. It focuses on pliability, resistance band training, and functional strength rather than heavy lifting.
He has found success with this holistic approach to health and wellness. Mixed with his functional strength and conditioning principles, he’s been able to keep his physical and mental health at its peak.
After various electrostimulation treatments, chiropractor visits, and stretching routines, nothing was helping. Everything changed when co-founder Alex Guerrero introduced a solution called muscle pliability. The TB12 method involves looking at all aspects of the body rather than focusing on a solution for a single symptom or disease.
This outlook is what birthed the TB12 Performance & Recovery Center. Tom Brady also incorporates an 80/20 plant-based, nutrient-dense eating plan designed for longevity and performance. However, Brady has loosened these restrictions to “moderation” in retirement.
That is what has fans calling him out for being a sellout.
Tom Brady Explains His Junk Food Endorsements

When it came to staying in shape, Tom Brady was known to keep a very strict diet during his NFL playing days.
These days, he is doing ads for the likes of Pizza Hut and Dunkin’. It has not been well-received by fans. The seven-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback says he’s softened his stance on junk food since retiring.
“I think it’s moderation in all things,” Brady told CNBC’s Alex Sherman in a recent interview.
“I think there’s probably been people who have gone overboard with the kind of rigidity of my lifestyle or diet,” he said. “I have kids, and I have Halloweens and birthday parties, and we’re like a normal family.”
Aside from his change of heart, Brady has also wound down his TB12 brand, folding it into the Nobull fitness brand. Tom Brady stated that he is a “huge fan” of Tic Tacs.
This past Super Bowl, Brady debuted in a Pizza Hut ad in which he gets tackled by an elderly woman while delivering pizzas. He also had a Dunkin’ ad spoofing “Good Will Hunting.”
His newest partnership with Ferrero includes a campaign where he takes a bite of a chocolate Crunch bar and poses next to a trophy filled with chocolatey, sugary snacks.
This new Brady might take some time to get used to.
