The 2026 Annual NFL Owners Meeting is going down in Phoenix, and Annie Agar made sure to take the trip. As every year, the focus is on rule changes, future Super Bowl locations, and league business.
A few rule changes were approved and amended by club owners at the Annual League Meeting. The most notable changes revolve around kickoffs. They will now allow onside kicks to be declared at any time during the game. The previous rule only allowed onside kicks in the fourth quarter.
One playing rule that was amended now allows league personnel to consult with on-field referees on disqualifications. This will be for both flagrant football acts and non-football acts, and place a flag if one wasn’t thrown.
Amid all the rule changes was Annie Agar, the popular sports content creator. She has become well known for her NFL Meeting sketches over the years. These weekly videos recap the league’s biggest storylines, blunders, and satires. So, of course, she had to be in Phoenix for the past few days.
Annie Agar Stuns In Phoenix

On her Instagram story, Annie Agar wanted her growing fan base to know what she was up to while in Phoenix. One picture she posted showed her in a bikini top, smiling for a mirror selfie in the bathroom.
Her bikini bottoms were barely visible beneath the jean shorts she wore over them. Agar’s incredible abs stole the show in this picture. The next picture she posted showed her getting tanned in the Phoenix sun, removing her shorts to reveal her bikini bottoms. Her legs were glistening as she lay down in a poolside chair.

On her picture, she wrote, “New Ernest>>>>.” She had a superimposed picture of country music artist ERNEST’s new album, Deep Blue, to show what she was listening to.
Annie Agar’s final picture showed her in a striking red dress, highlighting her tan lines. She went braless to the NFL meetings party. It seems there was certainly time had at the annual NFL owners meeting.
