Jaxson Dart became one of the most likeable young players in the NFL after a solid rookie season. Even though the team posted a 4-13 record during his first campaign, he showed a lot of potential and put the team in a good position to compete.

Dart, a product of Ole Miss, has had a busy offseason. He continues to prepare for the 2026 campaign after an offseason that included going public with his girlfriend, Marissa Ayers.

On Friday, he revealed another fact of his personal life. Dart introduced President Donald Trump before a New York rally.

Plenty of people turned against him. Fans flooded the comments section with criticism, calling him out for his political views.

“hey jaxson, you should get on stage with the most corrupt president of all time who is currently enjoying a 31% approval rating in one of the bluest states in the country lol someone get this guy a pr firm,” one fan said.

“‘keep sports out of politics’ mfs when it’s time to suck off paedophiles and fascists,” another fan wrote.

“I better not see Jared Goff doing that s–t,” a third fan wrote.

“All of our personal politics aside, I’m assuming it’s not a wise decision to inject yourself into partisan politics this early in your career?” a fourth fan added.

“Of course a former Ole Miss quarterback announces the current racist pedophile president,” a fifth fan wrote.

“Welp I’m rooting for another team this year,” a sixth fan added.

His relationship with Giants fans looked strong last season. Time will tell if this decision somehow affects it in 2026.
