Josh Jacobs’ Brother Drops Damning Information About His Girlfriend, Ash Kash — Reveals What Really Happened Before Packers RB’s Arrest

Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs was arrested on Tuesday, following a domestic disturbance complaint over the weekend. The 28-year-old was arrested and booked into Brown County Jail after being charged with five domestic abuse-related offenses. According to the Hobart-Lawrence Police Department, the charges include battery, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct (all misdemeanors), as well as intimidation of a victim and strangulation/suffocation, the latter of which is a felony.
A day before the incident was reported, Josh Jacobs’ girlfriend, Ash Kaashh, posted a cryptic tweet on X, saying, “Tough love’ sounds like cruelty to me.”
On the outside looking in, it appears that she is indeed the victim in this situation. When it comes to a family member, he is singing a different tune on what really happened inside their residence.
Josh Jacobs’ Brother Breaks His Silence
On Facebook, the brother of Josh Jacobs had finally had enough of seeing his sibling having his name thrown in the mud. Under the name EBK Tootie, he posted on the site, revealing that not everything had been told about the situation.

“Leave y’all comments to yourselves on God, I wasn’t even gone do this internet 💩 but y’all don’t even know the situations, tryna put input on stuff, wrong or right, in them type of situations y’all know how they do a black man,” Tootie wrote.
“Most mtfs don’t know the details or the story, just wanna take stuff and run with it bc ltz negative,” he added. “Stuff happened on Saturday but it just got broad yesterday cmon now put two and two together.”
He then claimed that the woman had done something like this before. “Then this ain’t the first time the btc bag chased on some 💩 like this!!! 🤷🏾♂️ She literally got history doing 💩 like this MULTIPLE times. But tread lightly speaking on brotHer & when 🎥 settle keep this energy! & I’m trippin with whoever,” he stated.
When that wasn’t enough, he also issued a threat to people talking about Josh Jacobs. “Bump down on whoever ots & when ts drop keep this energy 💯 mtfs just be yapping & don’t know.”
Tootie further added that Ash Kash was the one who woke Jacobs out of his sleep with an assault.
“Strangulation” the 🧢 woke him up beating his ass bc 🥷 was on his 💤 ts only came about bc she lied saying cuHz grabbed her & swinging her to prevent her from keep abusing HIM,” he wrote.
“So he covered her mouth, tryna push her back and calm ha 🍑 down. Since ts is a breathing airway for us, they labeled it as strangulation! Y’all don’t know shit talking like the 🥷 Homer Simpson that 💩 wtf 🤦🏾♂️😂 laws literally got camera footage then when he walked away & left she got in his other car and chased him.”
It was learned on Wednesday that the Brown County District Attorney’s office was “not yet prepared to make a formal charging decision” on Josh Jacobs.
Jacobs’ attorneys “vehemently” denied the accusations. The 28-year-old’s status for the upcoming season is up in the air. He could be suspended by the league or even cut by the team.
