Sapp, who faced charges after an incident at City Hall, could’ve been in trouble again. Law enforcement personnel launched an official probe after an employee claimed that the prominent sports figure got physical.

The complex situation began developing in Florida when a female healthcare employee filed a formal complaint with local police. The worker alleged that Sapp became increasingly hostile during a verbal dispute over family insurance claims.

According to the official police documentation, the worker claimed that Warren Sapp reached out to grab her phone. The incident occurred at the Solaris Healthcare senior living complex in Apopka.

Responding officers initially believed that sufficient probable cause existed to pursue a misdemeanor battery charge against him.

The legal matter reached a final resolution after state prosecutors carefully reviewed the available physical evidence. Legal teams determined that the available security camera footage failed to capture a clear angle of the interaction.

Because of the insufficient visual evidence, the state official decided not to file any criminal charges against Warren Sapp.
