Brock Bowers has enjoyed one of the biggest moments of his offseason, having proposed to longtime girlfriend Cameron Newell.
The Las Vegas Raiders star got down on one knee Wednesday evening, and a hidden camera quietly captured the emotional surprise from start to finish.
Newell has since shared the footage on her Instagram.
The video shows Bowers leading her to a scenic hilltop decorated with furniture and flowers before dropping to one knee. Cameron appears overwhelmed with emotion and repeatedly asks whether the proposal is really happening until Brock pops the question.
“The best surprise of my life, right where it all started. Can’t wait to spend forever with you🤍,” she captioned the post.

Newell also shared a photo of her massive diamond ring, showing Bowers smiling the background.
High School Sweethearts Reach Another Major Milestone Together
Bowers and Newell’s relationship stretches back to their high school days in Napa Valley, California.
Although they attended different colleges, they remained together throughout Bowers’ standout career at Georgia and his transition to the NFL.
Newell studied at the University of Tennessee while Bowers developed into one of college football’s most dominant tight ends before the Raiders selected him in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft.
Since arriving in Las Vegas, Newell has frequently attended Raiders games and built a sizable social media following by sharing lifestyle content, travel updates and her gameday outfits.
Bowers is also entering the 2026 season with plenty of momentum, as the Raiders have selected Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Fernando Mendoza with the No. 1 overall pick in April.
Bowers has now commemorated a milestone that had nothing to do with football.
He’s going into the weekend celebrating a new chapter alongside the woman who was at his side long before he made it to the pros.
