Marissa Ayers, girlfriend of New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart, got plenty of eyes on her during the team’s second preseason game.

Ayers made the trip to Hard Rock Stadium to cheer on the Giants. Even though Dart sat out the contest, she still caught plenty of attention from the crowd.

Wearing a striking red dress, the influencer, who has nearly 500,000 Instagram followers, shared highlights from the game day on social media with the caption, “Warming up #preseason.”

Ayers recently faced criticism after fans spotted her sharing an intimate moment with Dart at Giants training camp. She later addressed the reaction in a TikTok video.

Ayers explained why the team allows girlfriends, wives, and families to attend certain parts of camp.

“This week [at training camp] it’s just a little more intimate, so, family, girlfriends, [and] wives… Because I’m seeing comments, and it’s like, ‘Why are the girlfriends there?’ It’s to bring the families together,” Ayers said, via the New York Post.

She also pushed back against claims that the players lose focus when their partners attend camp.

“They basically practice for 2-3 hours, and you see the players for maybe like 10 minutes… and then they’re back in meetings for the rest of the afternoon and night. It’s not like they’re hanging out. Trust me, they’re locked in,” Ayers said.

Ayers also noted that these trips give families a great opportunity to be there for the players before the regular-season grind begins.

Among all these, Dart gears up for his second year in the NFL. As a rookie, he racked up 2,272 passing yards, 487 yards on the ground, and 24 total touchdowns. Even though he did not start every game, the Giants still saw enough from him to build excitement around his future.

Dart did give fans a brief scare during the preseason opener after taking a heavy hit that sent him to the blue medical tent. He later threw a 15-yard touchdown pass to rookie wide receiver Malachi Fields.

Heading into the regular season, keeping Dart healthy and upright will be top priority for New York.
