Jaguars Job Has Apparently Aged Liam Coen About 20 Years In Viral Before-And-After Photos

Liam Coen has gone viral on X after fans compared his photos from last year with his current ones.

Coen, 40, took the Jaguars job in January 2025. He went 13-4 and won the AFC South in his first season.

Before-and-after side-by-side images have gone viral this week.

The left photo shows Coen smiling in a dark suit and a teal tie. The right shows him in a team hoodie vest. “Coen has aged ten years in just twelve months,” Dov Kleiman wrote.

AP Reported Coen Changed His Diet And Dropped 50 Pounds

The change did not come out of nowhere. The Associated Press reported in January that Coen had lost about 50 pounds. It said he overhauled his diet and rarely misses a workout.

Hall of Famer Tony Boselli pushed Coen to make the change, according to the outlet. Coen described his first January bluntly. “It wasn’t pretty,” he said. Tight end Brenton Strange said the new energy rubs off on players. “For our leader to have that juice and energy, gives us juice and energy as well,” Strange said.

Several users reacted to Kleiman’s post.

“Did he take ozempic? Looks like Ozempic face” one asked.

“Why does he look like this guy lol” another fan wrote.

“This is what happens when Tony boselli calls you fat every day and tells you to hit the gym” one fan said.

“he’s actually working out … not many coaches in the league can say they do” another fan offered.

The Ozempic question is one user’s guess. The AP’s report credits diet and workouts, and it does not mention medication.

The Jaguars are thriving either way. They beat the Bengals 22-17 on Sunday to improve to 3-1. Coen’s team also routed the Patriots 35-6 in Week 3.
