Nick Bosa is entering the 2026 season with a brand-new look.
The San Francisco 49ers pass rusher has undergone an offseason makeover with a new hairstyle. In the NFL, the “offseason makeover” is practically a tradition. Not everybody gets social media going crazy quite like Bosa. The San Francisco 49ers’ superstar pass rusher officially retired his signature long locks.
He is now rocking a sharp, clean mid-fade. Hi’s new transformation was captured in a viral video by Bosa’s long-time stylist, Tee the Barber.
The video starts with Bosa rubbing his hands through his hair one final time. Once the cape gets put on, the barber gets to work as he cuts and shaves the sides of his head for a new hairstyle. Once he was done, Nick Bosa looked at it and shook his head in agreement.

Changing his look is not uncommon for Bosa. Before the 2024 NFL season, he debuted a mustache that quickly went viral on social media. The No. 2 pick of 2019 has been everything for the 49ers.
San Francisco Can Return To A Super Bowl Contender With Nick Bosa

The San Francisco 49ers have played in four NFC Championship Games since Bosa’s rookie year.
That could’ve easily happened this past season if he had been able to be on the field. Bosa, who has torn ACLs in both knees previously, did so once again in 2025. His season was cooked. It was quite unfortunate as Bosa was off to a hot start. He had two sacks in San Francisco’s first three games. Through the first three games of the 2025 NFL season, San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa recorded 9 total tackles, 2.0 sacks, and 1 forced fumble.
The team still went 12-5, but they fell to the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC Divisional Round at Lumen Field.
Nick Bosa is dynamic enough that things could’ve turned out so much differently if he were on the field. He is expected to be fully healthy for the 2026 season.
