Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs was formally charged with two criminal misdemeanors by the Brown County District Attorney’s Office in Wisconsin.

Initially, Jacobs was booked in May on five separate counts, which included a severe felony charge of strangulation and suffocation. However, prosecutors have officially downgraded the case, opting to only pursue misdemeanor charges of battery and criminal damage to property.

A lot of people had a lot to say about it, and that included the brother of Micah Parsons.

Regarding the team’s dynamics, Terrence Parsons Jr. should get off social media. When rumors originally circulated regarding the Packers potentially cutting or releasing Josh Jacobs, Terrence Parsons Jr. publicly stepped in to defend the running back.

First, Terrence took to social media to aggressively shoot down any speculation that the team would cut ties with their star offensive weapon. Specifically, he wrote on X, “Nobody is this idiotic.”

On Thursday, his comments were worse.

In response to a fan saying Jacobs should be off the team, Terrence called what he did just a shove.

Parsons is making His Way Back From Injury

Green Bay Packers star pass rusher Micah Parsons is currently making steady progress as he rehabilitates from a torn ACL and meniscus. His knee surgery required a complex meniscus repair alongside the standard ligament reconstruction.

Therefore, his recovery timeline has required immense discipline and a different approach than an isolated ACL tear. Initially, Parsons faced a grueling start to his recovery, which included spending a full seven weeks on crutches to properly protect the meniscus repair. Fortunately, his hard work during the offseason began to pay major dividends by the summer.

Recently, Micah Parsons provided a highly encouraging update on his progress by revealing that his rehab is going exceptionally well.

Currently, the superstar defender is stationed on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list. Consequently, he will officially miss at least the first four games of the 2026 regular season.
