Cleveland Browns star Myles Garrett has his name buzzing on the trade front.

Garrett signed a massive 4-year contract extension in March 2025. That was despite him pushing for a trade for weeks. The deal keeps him with the team through the 2030 season and averages $40 million per year. Now, a little over a year after signing it, Garrett might be on his way out of town.

A new report says an NFC team is willing to part ways with a lot just to have Garrett on their squad.

There is a wild rumor out there that links the Los Angeles Rams to a Myles Garrett trade. Easton Butler of Packer Report reports that the Rams have called the Cleveland Browns about a trade for Garrett.

“The LA Rams have called the Cleveland Browns about star EDGE Myles Garrett, per a source. The Rams have reportedly offered a ‘Rickey Williams-esque’ type trade for Garrett,” Butler wrote.

They aren’t the only team. Butler also reports that the Eagles are “making a strong push” for Garrett and have even offered up AJ Brown as part of the package.

“The Philadelphia Eagles are also making a strong push, offering WR AJ Brown and more for the star,” he added. “Craziest part too? The Browns are listening to all the calls currently. The Eagles also made a strong push during the draft for Garrett.”

Former Athletic reporter Dianna Russini confirmed months ago that Philadelphia has “real” interest in a trade for Garrett. An anonymous NFL general manager told her, “Howie’s not afraid to try stuff, and it fits where they are as a team.”

The post-June 1 window that makes trading Myles Garrett financially feasible for Cleveland is now open.

If teams are willing to throw an insane package at them, it would be dumb for Cleveland not to listen.
