Cameras caught an interesting interaction between Shedeur Sanders and Dillon Gabriel during the Cleveland Browns’ ugly home loss to the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday afternoon.

Nothing went right for the Browns in a 26-8 home loss to the 49ers. The game can be summed up by Malachi Corley’s boneheaded decision to field a kickoff and step out of bounds at Cleveland’s five-yard line, when simply letting it go out would have moved the ball to the 40-yard line.

In the fourth quarter, Shedeur Sanders had to head to the sideline quickly after suffering what looked like a leg or ankle injury on a sack. Dillon Gabriel rushed in to relieve Sanders for just one play before No. 12 ran back in.

CBS Sports cameras picked up the moment where Sanders came back out, perhaps telling Gabriel to get off the field:

Shedeur had a tough day against the 49ers, taking three sacks and completing just 16 pass attempts for 149 yards, a touchdown and no interceptions, per ESPN. The Browns host the Tennessee Titans next Sunday at 1:00 p.m. EST.
