Football fans are praying for Dallas Cowboys star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb after he left Thursday’s game against the Detroit Lions with a concussion in a scary scene.

The injury happened early in the third quarter after CeeDee Lamb nearly pulled off a highlight reel touchdown catch. Lamb was down for several seconds but managed to get up, but was ruled out of the game with a concussion minutes later:

CeeDee Lamb missed three games earlier this season after suffering an ankle injury against the Chicago Bears. The Cowboys offense has been a top-tier unit with Lamb, George Pickens and Dak Prescott together. So, Dallas can only hope that Lamb doesn’t miss extended time.

Lamb was having a field day with six catches for 121 yards against the Lions before leaving the game, per ESPN.

The Cowboys came into this game needing to likely win out to reach the postseason. A loss to the Lions means they’d have to win their last four games and rely on three Philadelphia Eagles defeats to win the NFC East.
