Chloe Kim Identifies Unlikely Matchmaker Who Hooked Her Up With Myles Garrett [VIDEO]

Chloe Kim has disclosed that an unlikely matchmaker introduced her to Myles Garrett after she gave up all hope of finding love. 

Kim and Garrett publicly confirmed their relationship in late 2025 and attend various sporting events to support each other’s careers.

Kim, an Olympic snowboarder, opened up on their hookup during an appearance on the ‘Not Skinny But Not Fat’ podcast. She told her host it was difficult to find partners whom she didn’t intimidate. 

“I think there was a weird dynamic shift where it’s like, I have my own house that I bought when I was 21. I have all these things, and I’m always busy — people know who I am, I have followers on Instagram,” she said.

“It was just hard,” she continued. “Also, I felt just like they didn’t understand what I was going through either. … I just want someone to not be intimidated by me and my success because I don’t carry myself in that way. I’m not looking at you and being like, ‘Oh you suck, because I’m better than you.’ I’m trying to be respectful myself and like you as a person but I feel like that’s not being appreciated, and I’m kind of just catching strays for no reason. So I was just so over it.”

As for how she met Garrett, Kim said she was speaking with her therapist, Vin, at the X Games last year and described the kind of man she wanted. 

“… [I told my therapist] ‘I want somebody that’s tall, handsome, kind, close with their family and I want somebody that equally as successful as me, if not more,” she explained.

He introduced her to Garrett, having previously worked with the Cleveland Browns star.

The defensive end went on to break the NFL’s single-season sack record with 23.
