The couple sent a joint email to guests announcing the cancellation of their wedding. The split comes after a major disagreement, with insiders saying the relationship is now beyond repair. According to TMZ Sports, the couple had been experiencing rocky times for several months amid cheating allegations.

Page Six revealed this past week that Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos agreed to settle their custody issues amicably. This was after Dak took her to court. The outlet stated Prescott filed a Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship (SAPCR) on March 17 in Collin County, Texas. Unmarried parents use that to define parental rights and responsibilities in their child or children’s best interest.

Dak Prescott Wants Joint Custody of Children

Cowboys QB Dak Prescott and Sarah Jane Ramos have agreed to negotiate a temporary custody arrangement amicably after he dragged her to court. Prescott forced Ramos to call off their April 10 wedding weeks before it was set to take place in Lake Como, Italy.

He previously filed a Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship (SAPCR) on March 17 in Collin County, Texas, where they live.

Us Weekly has reported that Dak Prescott has confirmed his breakup from ex-fiancée Sarah Jane Ramos in custody documents. That wasn’t all he did. The Dallas Cowboys star quarterback referenced the breakup in court documents, acknowledging that their relationship is over.

In the filing, Dak is specifically requesting that he and Ramos be named “joint managing conservators” of their children.

The papers, filed by Dak, reportedly state, “The parents of the children are separated. The appointment of the parents as joint managing conservators would be in the best interest of the children. It is in the best interest of the children that [Prescott and Ramos] be appointed joint managing conservators of the children.”

Dak was reportedly caught communicating with other women during his relationship with Ramos. Insiders said that Ramos was fully “done” once she found out he kept doing it.
