Dak Prescott Is “Preparing For The Worst” After ‘Career-Threatening’ Split From Ex-Fiancée Sarah Jane Ramos
This article was originally published on Total Pro Sports.

Since the high-profile breakup of Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott and his fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos, several rumors have emerged. First, there was widespread speculation that Ramos refused to sign a prenuptial agreement before the wedding, which caused them to split.
Ramos would deny that herself. She took to Instagram comments to directly respond to speculation, writing that her breakup with Prescott “had nothing to do with a prenup.” The clarification came after a social post featuring talk show hosts debating prenups in the context of her split drew attention online.
Dak has remained quiet throughout this entire ordeal. The couple called off their wedding just five weeks before it was planned to take place in Italy. Neither Ramos nor Prescott has publicly detailed all the private reasons behind the split.
TMZ reported they had a “blowup argument” during their joint bachelor and bachelorette party trip to the Bahamas last weekend. Page Six said on Tuesday that the root of the argument and ensuing breakup was “ongoing infidelity issues” by Dak Prescott. Ramos certainly has not jumped into any comment section to deny that one.
Dak Prescott Fears What Will Happen During The 2026 NFL Season

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott knows that playing on the field can be brutal in many ways. Not only do you have to watch your health, but you have to be prepared for what opponents might say.
According to The Daily Mail, Dak Prescott is anxious that the fallout from his marriage will wreck his chances of winning a Super Bowl. The publication says he fears his off-field drama could cost him dearly on the field — even going so far as to suggest that “career-ending gossip now seems inevitable.”
‘Dak can dish it out himself, but one thing he isn’t looking forward to in the upcoming season is the trash talk he’ll get on the field from fans and other teams,’ a source close to the player tells us.
‘The NFL has a tremendous amount of trash talkers, and with Dak playing for the Cowboys, so many fanbases hate them, so many other teams hate them.
If the opposing players do not say anything, the different fan bases on the road certainly will.
‘One spot he’s not looking forward to going to is Philadelphia this year, where their fanbase is brutal because both teams are such rivals. He is trying to prepare himself for the worst, because other players and fans are going to give him so much grief.’
The Daily Mail’s source stated that Dak Prescott’s ‘worst case scenario’ is that his failed marriage infiltrates his on-field performance.
The Dallas Cowboys have missed the NFL playoffs for two consecutive seasons. This marks their first back-to-back postseason absence since 2019-2020. They also hold a 30-year streak without an NFC Championship game appearance.
Dak is running out of chances.
