Sarah Jane Ramos is not letting her failed relationship with Dak Prescott stop her from doing what she loves. Prescott and Ramos were set to tie the knot in Lake Como, Italy, on April 10 after two years and two children together.

It was a huge step for Prescott in his personal life after he dated his ex-girlfriend, Natalie Buffett, for two years before they broke up in 2022. Now, his latest breakup comes before he was scheduled to get married.

The Dallas Cowboys quarterback and his fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos, called off their wedding earlier this month. They would then send out a joint email to their 250 guests.

“It is with heavy hearts that we privately inform our attendees that we have made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, and we welcome your prayers.”

The email was officially signed: “Sarah Jane Ramos and Dak Prescott.”

Sarah Jane Ramos Focuses on Transformation After Public Breakup

Dak Prescott’s ex-fiancée is focusing on her fitness amid her split from the Dallas Cowboys quarterback. On Saturday, she posted a picture on Instagram story while flashing a peace sign.

Ramos hinted at working on her glutes in her caption as she showed off her backside.

“The OG 🍑 station,” Ramos wrote and tagged the gym, ‘Optimum.’”

In the picture, she is wearing baggy sweatpants and what appears to be pink tights.

According to a report from Page Six, Ramos issued Prescott an “ultimatum” about alleged infidelity issues. Back in January, Ramos had a serious conversation with Prescott about his alleged cheating. She would only stick around for their family’s sake, but he needed to clean up his act.

Apparently, he never did, and it all came to a head during their joint bachelor and bachelorette parties. The publication states she confronted Dak about him allegedly using incognito social media profiles to send inappropriate messages to multiple women.

Page Six added that Sarah Jane Ramos was aware of his history of communicating with other women during their relationship.

Now, she is free to work on herself while trying to find a new man who will value her.
