On Sunday, the Cleveland Browns will travel to Soldier Field to take on the Chicago Bears. Neither team will be having a great time during this contest.

For the upcoming Week 15 NFL contest, players and fans can expect bitterly cold, windy conditions with a dangerous wind chill.

A lot went wrong for the Chicago Bears against the Green Bay Packers, resulting in a loss. Even more can go wrong when they face the Browns at Soldier Field this week. That is due to extreme weather conditions.

As of now, the Browns-Bears game is expected to have a -20 wind chill. This is the coldest projected game of the NFL slate.

The heavily favored Bears face a trap game against a Browns team with a stud rookie quarterback.

Last week, the game between the Jaguars and the Indianapolis Colts was affected by rain. The Bills and Bengals also had to play in the snow.

The Chicago Bears are still in a playoff spot after their loss to the Green Bay Packers. However, that one loss did some serious damage.

If the Bears had won, they’d still be tied with the Rams and Seahawks for the best record in the NFC. Instead, find themselves tied with the San Francisco 49ers at 9-4. They are only one game up on the Detroit Lions in the fight for the last wild-card spot.

That is how damaging that loss was to them.

With four games to go, the Bears still have plenty of work to do in order to reach the postseason. Should they do, it will be for the first time since the 2020 season.

As for the Cleveland Browns, they have something else to fight for. The team is fresh off announcing Shedeur Sanders as the starting QB for the rest of the year. That decision comes despite Pilar Sanders’ taking shots at the coaching staff.

Losing this game means a better draft position. However, winning it puts more confidence in Shedeur going forward.
