Barstool Sports owner and New England Patriots superfan Dave Portnoy couldn’t hold back about his team’s performance in a heartbreaking loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl 60.
Dave Portnoy was at Levi’s Stadium to cheer on his beloved Patriots against the Seahawks in the Super Bowl. Seattle entered the game as a 4.5-point favorite , but they were no match for the Seahawks in a 29-13 loss.
Portnoy shared his thoughts in a video posted on social media. The Barstool Sports founder was visibly distraught and acknowledged that the losses are never easy to stomach, despite the Pats’ 21st-century success:

Per the New York Post, Portnoy would have won $1.8 million if New England had emerged victorious in the Super Bowl. But it wasn’t to be, as Seattle made easy work of the AFC champions to win their second Super Bowl in franchise history.
It’s a tough loss for Dave Portnoy’s Patriots, yes. But New England exceeded expectations, and their championship window is wide open with Mike Vrabel and Drake Maye leading the way.
