Eli Manning and Tom Brady gave football fans some hilarious banter before the weekend.

Though they had a unique on-field rivalry, headlined by two Super Bowl matchups, Eli Manning and Tom Brady get along great in real life. And for football fans, that means some priceless chirping between the two every so often.

Manning’s legacy, of course, is that of a two-time Super Bowl champion. His underdog New York Giants defeated Brady’s dynastic Patriots in Super Bowl 42 (ending New England’s perfect season) and Super Bowl 46.

Manning won both Super Bowl showdowns against Brady, as well as their 2011 regular-season meeting in Foxborough. Brady, however, went 2-0 against Eli’s Giants on the road (2007 and 2015).

All five of their meetings were decided by a single score. Four of them came down to the final play, because who doesn’t like drama? And despite his two Super Bowl rings, Eli Manning was kept out of the Hall of Fame again this year.

Brady has bragging rights, as he holds the most Super Bowl championships in NFL history (seven). But he’ll never be able to live down the fact that Eli Manning was the ultimate Kryptonite of his career.

How fitting it is that both became NFL analysts for rival networks, too.
