Additional details have emerged following reports of San Francisco 49ers defensive lineman Keion White’s frightening ordeal.
White was shot in the ankle while outside of Dahlia’s bar and nightclub in San Francisco around 4:06 AM on Monday.
According to Jonah Owen Lamb of the San Francisco Standard, White was hosting a private party at the establishment, renting out the downstairs space.
Lamb reports that rapper Lil Baby tried to enter along with his entourage and got into an argument with White.
One witness told police he went upstairs for assistance, looking to get the situation under control. He says he heard two gunshots and saw that White had been shot in the leg when he got back downstairs.
Police retrieved a 9mm and .45-caliber shell casing near the scene.
White has so far refused to name who shot him. Police have not named a suspect.
The report states the following:
When the witness went upstairs to ask for the management’s help to defuse the situation, he said he heard two gunshots. After he rushed downstairs, he found White shot in the left leg. The witness said he did not know who shot White.
“Another party attendee interviewed by The Standard said that she did not see the shooting but heard four gunshots as she tried to go downstairs,” it adds.
Police Mention Adult Entertainers In Report After Keion White Gets Shot

According to the police, topless strippers were still grabbing dollar bills from the floor when they arrived.
“As I entered, I saw numerous scantily clad females picking up dollar bills that were strewn all over the floor. Some of the females were topless and appeared to have been adult entertainers,” an officer wrote in his report.
Meanwhile, White has undergone successful surgery.
He’s the second member of the 49ers to get shot in recent years.
Wide receiver Ricky Pearsall was shot in the chest during a robbery attempt ahead of his rookie season in 2024. He was miraculously back in the gym days later.
