Philadelphia Eagles running back Tank Bigsby made one of the most impressive blocks you’ll ever see against the Washington Commanders on Sunday.

Bigsby joined the Eagles via a trade from the Jacksonville Jaguars last September and is already a fan favorite in Philly. He has outshone Pro Bowler Saquon Barkley at times.

A dependable rusher, Bigsby is six feet tall and weighs 205 pounds, yet he’s able to hold his own as a blocker. A video from Sunday’s game shows him not just blocking for quarterback Tanner McKee, but lifting the rushing defender in the air and bodyslamming him to the ground.

What’s more, the defender was much bigger than him.

“Idk wtf this man has to do to get more snaps. As a 3rd round draft pick at RB he should get more snaps. They treat this man like a undrafted free agent,” a fan commented.

“Hot take but Tank should be first down run back. He doesn’t ever run for negative yards and that’s our biggest issue,” another added.

“Yet Nick and Kevin bench him in the fourth quarter basically. Pair of idiots giving Shipley more snaps than Tank,” wrote a third.

The Eagles rested their starters on Sunday, which afforded Bigsby more snaps. He made 16 carries for 75 rushing yards and one touchdown, his second of the season.

The decision to keep the starters out also resulted in a 24-17 loss

The Eagles will play the San Francisco 49ers in the Wild Card Round next Sunday.
