Detroit Lions cornerback Terrion Arnold appeared in court on Thursday following his arrest in Tampa on Wednesday.
Arnold will be in jail until at least the end of the weekend, with a judge ordering him held without bond.
The Lions star is facing four kidnapping charges, as well as four counts of armed robbery. He stood before a Hillsborough County judge on Thursday and received some terrible news.
The former Alabama standout will be held until at least Monday, when he will return to court for a pretrial detention hearing.
Arnold stands accused of orchestrating the kidnapping and robberies of three male individuals back in February.
Footage from Thursday’s hearing surfaced online showing him wearing a green anti-suicide vest, which drew plenty of attention.

“The American judicial system is a mother f***ing joke. Regardless what happened in retaliation, he doesn’t deserve a life sentence. Terrion Arnold is not a dangerous threat to society. I know it’s wrong to take justice in your own hands. But let’s get real. Foh!” someone else declared.

A user claimed, “His circle is trash!! hot garbage! Not only did they not protect their money maker. They took him along on a crime, knowing it was a felony charge, then snitched on him to get their self a lesser sentence. These young fellows need to make sure they have better circles,”

Arnold is facing life in prison following the eight charges.
His lawyers will make another attempt to get him bonded on Monday, but prosecutors have requested that he be held for the duration of the trial.
