NFL fans had plenty to talk about Monday night, and it did not stop with the Los Angeles Rams and Atlanta Falcons. ESPN analyst Mina Kimes was having a great time during “Monday Night Football” at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Kimes appeared on ESPN’s pregame coverage and quickly started trending on social media. She wore an all-black dress with matching heels and even shared a photo of the outfit on X. Fans reacted right away, flooding the platform with comments, although she does this quite often.

Kimes is already a well-known voice in NFL media, fans love her, but recently she got a lot of hate due to her involvement in a shady promotion.

ESPN had Kimes on site for its Week 17 coverage. She has been a regular on “NFL Live” since 2020 and remains a major part of ESPN’s NFL discussions.

“The fellas will never understand how much of a flex it is, to walk or pose on artificial turf and grass in heels and still look cute while doing it,” one fan commented. The post gained wide traction as more users echoed similar thoughts.

Kimes is known for her confidence, both on TV and away from the camera. She joined ESPN in 2014 as a sports writer and quickly built a strong reputation. In 2019, she won a National Headliner Award and was twice named a finalist for the Dan Jenkins Medal for Excellence in Sportswriting.

ESPN Press Room notes that Kimes wrote ESPN’s first-ever digital cover story in October 2019. The piece focused on NFL wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins and his mother. Over the years, she has also written major profiles on players like Von Miller, Antonio Brown, Baker Mayfield, and Aaron Rodgers.

Her work has gone beyond football as well. ESPN has credited her with reporting trips covering esports, NBA star Luka Doncic, and even stories around Korean bat flips, showing her range as a storyteller.

Kimes often speaks openly about her approach to public criticism. She told Awful Announcing that she pushes back because women in the industry appreciate it. “A big part of the reason that every now and then, I punch back, is women love it,” Kimes said. She added that young women often tell her those moments inspire them.
