Cam Skattebo grabbed attention again this week after a strange moment on his livestream that was really shocking. The New York Giants rookie, who has been sidelined since Week 8 with a broken fibula, continues to draw eyes even while recovering. He has been seen at Knicks games, WWE events, and now online, where his latest stunt caused real concern.

During Tuesday’s stream, Skattebo wore a football helmet and suddenly slammed his head into a chair. He yelled, “The f**king chair stands no chance,” then leaned back and laughed. The clip spread quickly, and many fans worried. This isn’t the first unusual moment from Skattebo. Earlier this month, he went viral for chugging an energy drink from a boot on Twitch.

The Giants are 2-10 and out of the playoff race, hurt by injuries to Malik Nabers, Jaxson Dart, and Skattebo. Despite the tough season, Skattebo has remained a fan favorite for his energy and toughness. This moment, however, raised more concern than excitement.

Fans filled social media with jokes, worry, and everything in between.

One user wrote, “Skattebo is a unique breed of human, God bless him”

Another commented, “Dude gonna be wearing guardian cap next season.”

A supporter even joked that Skattebo might not be a regular athlete at all. “I’m beginning to wonder if this man was built in a lab, like frankenstein, solely for the purpose of playing football & putting himself in harm’s way. If you’re an old head, you know the game NFL Blitz from back in the day. Skattebo is the IRL version of that game,” they said.

Not all reactions leaned playful. One fan said, “This dude has gone from “amazing guy that is loved by everyone and give his heart and soul to the game” to “this dude has way too much time on his hands and has completely lost his mind”

Skattebo has played only eight games so far in his young career. He ran for 410 yards and five touchdowns and also caught passes for 207 yards and two more scores. His powerful running style made him an instant spark in the Giants’ offense before he got hurt.

The Giants believe he will return next season fully healthy. For now, he is clearly enjoying this break it seems and for sure, Cam Skattebo remains one of the most talked-about rookies in New York.
