What did Javon Kinlaw say? That is what a ton of people watching Sunday Night Football said when his face appeared on the television as he introduced himself.
During the early stages of the game between the Commanders and Broncos, the defensive tackle’s Sunday Night Football introduction stood out among everybody else, just by what he said.
Instead of saying his name and his college right after, Kinlaw said, “Mook Dog, South Carolina.”

For fans that are not aware of Javon Kinlaw’s history, “mook dog” was a childhood nickname and personal mantra. Kinlaw’s father would always call him that, and he brought it with him to college and now in the pros.
He even uses the handle @mook_dawg3 on Instagram.
Sometimes, his dog mentality gets too much like when he allegedly punched a referee in the face during a game against the Lions.
In order to pull off an upset against the Broncos, the Commanders need Javon Kinlaw to keep his hands to himself.
