George Pickens and the Dallas Cowboys badly needed a victory on Monday night against a depleted Eagles squad.

When it comes to NFC East games, it doesn’t matter who is hurt or who is playing; they always seem close. Dallas was clearly the healthier team, as Jalen Hurts is out for the season due to blood clots.

However, being on the road at Lincoln Financial Field is never an easy place to play. Everybody needed to be on their A-game. Luckily for them, George Pickens brought his game in many different ways.

The Dallas Cowboys got a much-needed win against their NFC East rivals, the Philadelphia Eagles, in Week 7. They defeated the Eagles, 38-21, to improve to 3-4 on the season and are now alone in second place in the NFC East.

The Cowboys got a huge game out of running back Javonte Williams and WR CeeDee Lamb. However, George Pickens made the most of his opportunities, catching four balls for 57 yards. He also scored a touchdown, but his real highlights don’t really show up in the box score.

Early in the fourth quarter, he caught a pass near the sideline, got his feet down, and went out of bounds. As he turned to head back to the huddle, he turned back to blow a kiss to an Eagles cheerleader.

That was such a savage move, even more so because he knew cameras would catch it.

Pickens is coming off the best season of his career and is playing on a franchise tag. With a big contract on the line, Pickens has a lot to prove. It’ll take more than a blown kiss to get him the deal that he covets.
