In the second quarter, Caleb Williams and the Bears decided to go for it on fourth down. The Chicago Bears quarterback threw one of the worst interceptions you’ll ever see.

In the second quarter of the wild-card game against the Green Bay Packers, Williams threw it into a spot that featured zero teammates. There was only one lone Packers defender who was ready and willing to intercept him. That is precisely what he did as the Packers already led 7-3. Unfortunately for that defender, he made a mistake by catching it.

Just knocking it down would’ve put the Packers in a better position. He essentially cost his team over 30 yards by being greedy. He made matters worse by celebrating after the play.

It would appear that wide receiver Luther Burden either gave up on his route or ran the wrong play. Either way, Caleb Williams has an interception to his name.

“Green Bay cornerback celebrating his interception that just cost the team 30 yards. Do these guys not know how the game works?” one fan said.

“Nothing like celebrating a interception on 4th down to cost your team field position,” a second fan wrote.

“Dumbass Packers interception sets them back 20+ yards if he just lets it hit the ground,” a third fan said of the defender.

“lol. Dumb ass interception cost the packers 30+ yds of field position but sure go and celebrate,” one final fan added.

This is a big-time game that has already featured a massive brawl between the two teams. Caleb Williams says he is “built for these moments.” he is going to need to show it if the Bears want to come back and defeat their hated foe.
