Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams suffered an alarming non-contact right leg injury during Sunday’s game. The heartbreaking incident occurred midway through the fourth quarter against the Minnesota Vikings at a rainy Soldier Field.

Williams rolled out to his left and scrambled toward the end zone on a first-and-goal play. Suddenly, he tripped awkwardly without anyone touching him and collapsed heavily onto the slick turf.
