Cincinnati Bengals superstar wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase was as shocked as the rest of us over the news of the failed Maxx Crosby trade.
Last Friday, the Baltimore Ravens reached an agreement on a blockbuster trade with the Las Vegas Raiders. Baltimore was to receive Maxx Crosby from the Raiders in exchange for a pair of first-round picks.
But on Tuesday evening, the Raiders announced that the Ravens backed out of the Crosby trade. Soon after, news broke that the five-time Pro Bowler had failed his physical with the Ravens.
Ja’Marr Chase was on a live Twitch stream when he received word that Crosby was no longer headed to the Bengals’ division rivals. His reaction was priceless and hysterical, to say the least.
“What the f**k is going on? What’s really going on?” Chase asked. “Failed physical? How do y’all know that, bro? You can’t be saying people failed any physicals and sh*t…that’s no joke.”

We’re guessing Bengals fans didn’t laugh at the Maxx Crosby saga for long, though. The Ravens then pivoted and signed ex-Bengals defensive end Trey Hendrickson to a four-year deal worth $112 million in free agency.
Raiders Should Still Be Motivated To Trade Maxx Crosby

After the trade was canceled, NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero reported that the Dallas Cowboys still have interest in Maxx Crosby. With the 28-year-old back on the market, Jerry Jones has another chance to swoop in and finalize the deal.
The Raiders’ best option is still to trade Crosby. This team is years away from becoming a playoff contender again. Crosby isn’t getting any younger. His trade value will not increase from here.
Aside from the Cowboys, the Chicago Bears, Detroit Lions, Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks stand out as logical landing spots for Crosby. GM John Spytek should have no issue finding another team to do business with.
