Jason Whitlock Accuses Jalen Hurts Of Lacking “Sexual Discipline,” Blames His All-Female Management Team For Locker Room Issues With Eagles [VIDEO]

Former Fox Sports commentator Jason Whitlock has heavily criticized Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts. He was back at it again in 2026, but he took it to a different level.
The Eagles quarterback has been taking major backlash this offseason after a down 2025 campaign. A new report placed the blame on him for why the offense really never got going in 2025. There was also some frustration inside the locker room around Hurts, as some felt he might be overrated.
Even AJ Brown took shots at the offense all year, and now it may lead to him getting traded this offseason. Much has been said about Hurts, but Whitlock has another angle that he wanted to bring up this week, and it has to do with women.
Jason Whitlock Puts Jalen Hurts On Blast

Weeks after leading the Philadelphia Eagles to a great 40-22 Super Bowl win over the Kansas City Chiefs, the quarterback got married. Aside from his wife, Jalen Hurts has surrounded himself with a ton of women on his management team.
Hurts made history as the first NFL player to assemble an all-female management team. His agent, Nicole Lynn, negotiated his $255 million contract extension. Aside from her, Hurts also has:
- Chantal Romain (or Shantel Roma): Media Relations/VP of Communications.
- Shakeemah Simmons-Winter: Publicist.
- Rachel Everett: Marketing & Branding/ESM Sports.
- Jenna Malphrus: Senior Client Manager.
Jason Whitlock believes that this is a clear sign that Jalen Hurts lacks sexual discipline because of the number of women around him.
“Jalen Hurts is consulting a group of attractive women for football management. He’s distracted. For men, sexual discipline must be combated daily,” Whitlock said.
