Joe Burrow must really love himself, or at least his hair.

The Bengals quarterback’s season is over yet again without a trip to the postseason. Burrow had the chance to sit out the remainder of the 2025 season. Instead, he wanted to come back for his team and the fans. Cincinnati was a long shot to get into the playoff mix.

Burrow suffered a severe Grade 3 Turf Toe (ligament tear) on his left foot in Week 2. His injury doomed the season. He returned in Week 12, but by that time, the season was pretty much over.

On Sunday, the team played its final game of the year at Paycor Stadium. They would lose to the Browns in a game where Myles Garrett notched his record-breaking sack. Following the contest, Joe Burrow looked around the stadium multiple times like he wouldn’t be back anytime soon.

During his postgame presser, Burrow went viral for a strange reason. While speaking to reporters, he wouldn’t stop touching and fixing his hair. It went on for almost half a minute.

The Bengals have missed the playoffs for a third-straight season. It’s challenging to articulate the disappointment of the Cincinnati Bengals’ recent seasons. Joe Burrow is ready for the Cincinnati Bengals to fill their roster holes with quality free agents this offseason.

Cincinnati Bengals franchise quarterback sent a message to everyone who plays a role in building the 53-man roster. “We certainly aren’t where we need or want to be … not where I expect to be,” Burrow said. “We have to figure it out.”

Burrow plans to meet with members of the Bengals’ front office and coaching staff, according to The Enquirer. “That’s of paramount importance,” Burrow said.

Joe Burrow’s most recent remark from Sunday leaves no room for interpretation. He wants the Cincinnati team to have a better-looking roster. The QB wants to win and get back to what they were before everything fell apart.
