Former Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel has had enough of one woman wreaking havoc in his life.

When it comes to Manziel, he most certainly loves the ladies. He has been attached to some of the baddest women on Earth, including model Bre Tiesi, with whom he married and divorced. Unfortunately, there is one woman whom he has never claimed in his life.

Johnny Manziel filed a lawsuit against a College Station woman, seeking damages for defamation and tortious interference with business relationships. Judge Jerrell Wise granted Manziel a far-reaching emergency Temporary Restraining Order. It limits the defendant’s ability to communicate with or about Manziel.

He accused the woman of spreading false claims about a romantic relationship with him.

Manziel filed a civil lawsuit in Brazos County on February 27 in the 472nd District Court against MaKenzie Carter. She is also known as MaKenzie Calame. Court documents show a temporary restraining order has been issued and served in person on Carter.

Her social media posts show why he had to take things this far. According to court records filed in Brazos County, Manziel alleges that Carter repeatedly published fabricated stories about him across social media platforms. She took it even further by contacting people in his personal and professional circle with those claims.

There are multiple posts on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook describing a supposed relationship with Johnny Manziel.

Manziel’s legal team contends that the statements were entirely untrue and were shared widely online. Carter emailed Manziel’s friends, family members, and business associates to inform them that they were in a relationship. She also reportedly warned recipients not to interfere with what she described as their relationship.

Johnny Manziel’s attorney, Aron Hutchins, said the legal action came only after attempts to avoid escalating the situation failed. According to Hutchins, Manziel never had any communication with Carter before the online activity began.
