Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen admitted to a wild-but-effective pre-game habit that was caught on camera yesterday.

Josh Allen and the Bills made a statement with a stunning 35-31 comeback win over Drake Maye and the New England Patriots. Buffalo trailed 21-0 early, but they reeled off five straight touchdown drives en route to a thrilling victory to keep their AFC East dreams alive.

In the fourth quarter, CBS Sports’ cameras cut to Allen vomiting on the sidelines. Whether it was nerves, a lack of sleep, working too hard, something he ate, all or none of the above is anybody’s guess:

But here’s where it gets weirder. Josh Allen was asked about the throwing-up moment on the sideline in his postgame press conference. There, Allen revealed that he does it before every game.

“It basically happens every game,” the 29-year-old said. “If I don’t get enough out pre-game, it usually happens at halftime. If (not enough) at halftime, it usually happens in the third or fourth quarter…it just happens…just gotta get it out.”

Per ESPN, Josh Allen threw for 193 yards and three touchdowns to go along with 48 rushing yards in the victory. The Bills (10-4) are one game behind New England (11-3) for first place in the AFC East.
