Former Fox Sports host Joy Taylor is an open book since her ousting from her hosting job.
During an episode of her Too Personal podcast, Taylor made a startling admission on sex. The sports reporter used the members-only app Raya to seek intimacy during COVID-19.
At the start of the episode, Taylor revealed she was hesitant about joining the exclusive dating app. But she ultimately met someone through the platform.
“It was during COVID. I was trying anything,” Joy Taylor said. She added that she was a “horny bastard.” “It was a really hard time for me.”
Raya is the same app where Simone Biles met Jonathan Owens. They also met during COVID times. Owens revealed he had no idea of Biles’ occupation, nor her success in gymnastics.

Joy Taylor says she learned about the app after watching an actress discuss her experience. She decided she refused to “climb mountains” or go to a “photography studio” with her matches.
“So I actually met a Black man on Raya. We dated for four months,” Joy Taylor explained.
Unfortunately, he had a major red flag that she could ignore. The unnamed man would wear a device similar to a smartwatch when they had sex.
“I couldn’t do it. I was like, ‘Ain’t no way you got this sh-t on during sex,’” Taylor said per Complex. “Take that shit off. You’re not counting these calories.”
Joy Taylor failed to tell the man about the watch “several times” during their encounters. However, now she considers it a “solvable ick.”
Taylor being so open about sex is shocking, given the lawsuit that was against her. Taylor was accused of having inappropriate relationships with an executive and on-air personality at Fox Sports. This ultimately led to her show being canceled and her subsequent job loss.
