When Kay Adams walks into a room, everybody turns their head to watch. The same can be said for the times that she opens her mouth.

The 15th annual NFL Honors in 2026 is being held at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, California. Adams was in town to attend before the start of the Super Bowl in Santa Clara. Before that happened, she had an important message to send.

During Super Bowl media week, current and former athletes are in town to speak to various reporters in the buildup to Super Bowl 60. The often opinionated reporter, not afraid to push the boundaries, has had her fair share of interviews.

In the midst of doing so, Kay Adams sent a message while sporting a new outfit.

NFL host Kay Adams had a very important message to send during Super Bowl week. She first took to Instagram and posted her latest outfit: a dress and a jacket.

Set to Sabrina Carpenter’s hit song, “Looking at Me,” Adams is seen turning around, opening her jacket. She then uses her hands to point to her own set.

In her caption, she wrote, “Stepping into Super Bowl LX week with a little glam and a lot of purpose 🩷✨.” She further spoke on the importance of “staying on top of breast screenings and talking with your doctor about your personal breast cancer risk.”

“Take action for your health and remind your loved ones to do the same. 💛,” she finished.

Kay Adams then went to her Instagram story and wrote, “Go check your boobies.”

This is the type of advice that anybody can appreciate.
