In 2024, Kristin Cavallari was undoubtedly enjoying her younger man. Cavallari and Mark Estes were a hot-button topic due to their massive age gap. The Laguna Beach alum pulled the plug on her relationship with the 24-year-old influencer seven months after debuting their romance.

However, it did not come before they revealed so much about their sex life.

During an episode of Cavallari’s “Let’s Be Honest” podcast, Kristin Cavallari Estes played a game of “Truth or Drink” with some tequila shots. While having a casual conversation about whether or not “more mature women” are better in bed, Mark mused, “Yeah, you’re the best sex I’ve ever had for sure.”

Kristin was shocked by this as she responded, “I like that. I actually didn’t know that,” she said. “You’ve never said that to me. We’ve talked about how great our sex is, but you’ve never, like, point-blank just been like, ‘You’re the best I’ve ever had.’ I think I would remember that one. Aww, that makes me happy.”

Thousands of people listen to her podcasts daily, so it was just a matter of time before the wrong people heard it.

Her comments would come back to bite her in the butt big time.

During the Tuesday episode of her podcast Let’s Be Honest, Kristin Cavallari made it clear that she is done kissing and telling. The mother of three recalled a conversation with sons Camden, 13, and Jaxon, 11, that left her in shock.

Cavallari said her sons told her that their friends heard her talking about her sex life during a drinking game episode with ex Mark Estes. “I’ll definitely pull back, and I feel like I’ve found this way to kind of say stuff without just saying it,” Cavallari explained.

“So this is actually the one thing that made me be like, ‘Whoa, I need to watch what I’m saying,’” Cavallari shared.

“They told me recently that like a year ago or something when I was dating that younger guy, that their friends said they saw he and I played a drinking game or something on the podcast, and they saw some of the sexual stuff that we were talking about.”

Kristin Cavallari added that it was the fact that her sons’ friends were the ones to see it that made her most concerned.

“And I was like, ‘Whoa,’ that made me really pause,” she said. “I need to start being careful because it’s really, I don’t care at the end of the day what Jax and Camden think about me. It’s my kids. But I can’t be saying stuff that’s gonna affect them and their friends.”

Cavallari called the experience a “real eye-opener.”
