Lamar Jackson has had a tumultuous start to the 2026 NFL season. The two-time NFL MVP has dealt with an ankle issue that has limited him to just four games. He has gone 68 of 96 for 967 yards and six touchdowns.

The new-look Ravens boast a 4-2 record after six weeks, staying in the race for the AFC North title. However, having Jackson under center always maximizes their chances to win games.

Jackson did not dress for Wednesday’s practice at the portion open to the media. Head coach Jesse Minter said he had limited work.

“Lamar was actually able to get a little bit of limited work in today in preparation, so that’s where that’s at,” Minter said, via video from Jamison Hensley of ESPN. “Again, it’s a day-by-day thing. But he was able to get a little bit of work in and be involved in the preparation.”

Lamar Jackson’s Limping Video Raises Eyebrows

While he had limited work, fans watched the quarterback leave practice limping, a sign that his issues aren’t completely over. A video showed him exiting practice with a coach.

He has missed the last two games due to this issue. Baltimore lost to the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, dropping to 4-2. Nothing is certain about Jackson’s status for the game against the Cincinnati Bengals, and this latest clip doesn’t look promising.

The Ravens listed him as a limited participant on Wednesday.
