Legendary Rapper Calls Out Caleb Williams For Setting “Bad Example” With His Painted Nails On ‘Madden 27’ Cover

Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams was officially named the cover athlete for Madden NFL 27. Depends on where you stand with it, you are either happy or sad about it. If you’re happy, then you’re a Bears fan who has been praying to have a QB good enough to be on the cover.
If you’re sad, you’re likely an upset Packers fan or a Bears fan scared about the Madden curse. Either way, Williams made history as the first player in franchise history to grace the cover of the game.
The standard edition features Williams executing a “jump pass” against the Chicago skyline. This is an intentional homage to the iconic Michael Jordan “Jumpman” pose. Williams, who enters the game with a 90 overall rating, earned the cover honors after a breakout sophomore campaign.
He set franchise records, threw 27 touchdowns, and led the Bears to a playoff victory. Unfortunately, not everybody is thrilled with Caleb Williams on the cover.
Rapper Boosie Badazz Hates Caleb Williams’ Painted-Nails Cover

Boosie stirred up controversy after making a critical comment about NFL standout Caleb Williams. Williams was announced as Madden’s next cover athlete. The 24-year-old appears on two versions of the game, a standard and a deluxe.
On the latter, Williams’ nails are painted. That is something that Boosie cannot stand for. Boosie called the USC alum out for allegedly failing to set a good example for children.
“Fingernails painted on Madden. Young boys look up to you, bro, smh Caleb Williams, this is the example u set for them,” he wrote on Instagram.
Boosie went on to say that Caleb Williams’ teammates should also have an issue with his actions. He bizarrely stated that they should grab his buttocks in the locker room.
“You want respect from your teammates and your hands look like they b-tch nails at home,” he further wrote. He finished, “SMH [at] whoever thougth you would see this on a Madden cover. I feel sorry for these kids.”
