With the Seattle Seahawks winning Super Bowl 60 against the New England Patriots, another phase of the year begins.

Every team around the NFL will address its issues to try to challenge for the Vince Lombardi Trophy next year. The Las Vegas Raiders have several questions to answer in the offseason. It seems that Maxx Crosby’s future is at the top of the list.

They shut down the defensive end for the final two weeks of the season, which didn’t sit well with him. He has been linked with contenders such as the Seahawks or the Chicago Bears.

After the tumultuous end to the 2025 season, Maxx Crosby reportedly told the Las Vegas Raiders minority owner, Tom Brady, that he won’t suit up for the AFC West again.

“He told (Raiders owner and future Hall of Fame quarterback) Tom Brady he will never play for the Raiders again,” an NFL general manager who would have interest in trading for Crosby told Jason LaCanfora of SportsBoom.

“That’s a fact. He told them he’ll retire before he ever plays for them again. But I’m not sure they’re actually going to trade him. (Browns pass rusher) Myles Garrett said the same thing last year, and we know how that ended up.”

The Raiders don’t seem to be open to moving Crosby this offseason. A trade involving the star defender would demand a huge haul for the Raiders. He has reportedly identified his preferred destination. That said, it won’t be so easy to convince the Raiders to part ways with one of the best players in the league.
