More Shocking Details Emerge After 49ers Owner Jed York Was Arrested During Prostitution Bust

San Francisco 49ers principal owner and CEO Jed York was arrested on Sunday in Ohio. It was during an operation targeting human trafficking.
The East Palestine Police Department carried out the arrest in assistance to the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force.
York was originally taken into custody and arraigned on suspicion of engaging in prostitution. That is a first-degree misdemeanor.

Legal Scrutiny and Jed York
San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York was busted in East Palestine and booked into the Columbiana County Jail before posting $5,000 bond.
More information has since come out. The arrest took place at 9:35 a.m. at a mobile home community off State Route 170.
On Monday morning, the State of Ohio amended the prostitution charge to disorderly conduct. York immediately pleaded no contest to the amended disorderly conduct charge. Jed York also pleaded no contest to an additional misdemeanor charge of possessing criminal tools.
He was found guilty of both misdemeanors.
York Gets Sentenced & Fine
Following his no-contest plea in the Columbiana County Municipal Court, York was sentenced and fined. He was sentenced to two days in the Columbiana County Jail. The sentences are being served concurrently. Because he had already received credit for one day served following his Sunday arrest, his jail time was immediately fulfilled.
Jed York was also ordered to pay $1,150 in fines. It broke down to $150 for disorderly conduct and $1,000 for possessing criminal tools.
Additionally, $160 in cash seized during the arrest was ordered forfeited to the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force. His cell phone was ordered returned to him.
