New Bombshell Report Reveals How 49ers Training Staff’s Gross Incompetence Led To De’Zhaun Stribling Suffering Serious Injury vs. Rams
This article was originally published on Total Pro Sports.

While the San Francisco 49ers did their job by overwhelming the jet-lagged Los Angeles Rams in Australia, the team did not come out unscathed after the victory.
Rookie De’Zhaun Stribling sustained an ugly injury while on the field. It was a no-contact injury that looked devastating and bad. The incident was captured by cameras.
Before going down for good, Stribling was already hurting a few plays before his major injury occurred. He was led to the tent and was reportedly attended by the Niners’ training staff. But curiously, the rookie was given the green light to return.
49ers Training Staff Blasted For Allowing De’Zhaun Stribling To Continue

On the team’s official report, De’Zhaun Stribling suffered a deltoid sprain in his ankle. If the Niners’ training staff, led by Dustin Perry and Timothy McAdams, knew how severe Stribling’s injury was, why did they let the young rookie get back on the field?
That has been the recurring question by fans and key observers during the game
“The 49ers’ training staff cleared De’Zhaun Stribling to return to the field even though he had a deltoid sprain in his ankle. So he returned and made it worse,” Grant Cohn, a contributor to the 49ers from Sports Illustrated, posted.
“The 49ers need a new training staff,” he added.

It was said that clearing Stribling may have been a huge mistake. Considering that the Niners staff knew the severity of their rookie’s initial injury, it’s quite baffling why he was allowed to play again.
Concerning Pattern From 49ers Training Staff Emerges

There are some weird patterns regarding 49ers players returning to their injuries too soon. But it wasn’t talked about as much as before. This time, though, after Stribling’s injury, the 49ers’ training staff is now shoved into the spotlight.
Last season, quarterback Brock Purdy was alleged to have returned to play too soon after his injury. He was cleared too early after suffering an injured toe. Unfortunately, he reinjured his toe and missed six straight weeks in 2025.
Moreover, the same thing with Ricky Pearsall, too. He allegedly rushed back after suffering a PCL injury. To no one’s surprise, he was re-injured and has been dealing with a swollen knee since then.
