The Los Angeles Rams just seized the lead in the Tyreek Hill sweepstakes. NFL aggregator MLFootball posted the update on Wednesday. The Rams now rank as favorites to sign the free-agent wide receiver.

“The Los Angeles Rams are considered the FAVORITES to sign superstar wide receiver Tyreek Hill,” the account wrote.

Los Angeles also holds the best Super Bowl odds at 12 percent on Polymarket. Hill is an eight-time Pro Bowler and six-time All-Pro. Many still call him a future Hall of Famer.

Hill became a free agent after Miami released him last offseason. He tore his ACL and dislocated his knee in Week 4 of 2025. Rehab has taken months. Agent Drew Rosenhaus recently said a return around October remains possible, according to NBC Sports.

Sean McVay already has Puka Nacua and Davante Adams. Adding Tyreek Hill would give Matthew Stafford three proven weapons. Defenses would struggle to match that speed and experience.

There might be a few factors against this potential move. Sean McVay prefers receivers who finish plays, and Hill isn’t a blocker. Age and the knee injury also linger. Still, late-season speed can change a playoff picture. The Rams already look like the team to beat. A healthy Hill would raise the ceiling even higher.
