UFL Owner Reveals NFL Expansion Plans

Mike Repole, who is closely linked with Brady through the company NoBull, explained that the UFL will try to respect the NFL and College Football’s seasons. Both competitions will have expanded playoffs and regular seasons, but also more teams.
“I think that even if we stayed where we’re at we’re gonna get closer to the end of bowl seasons because [the NFL and CFB] are going further along. And again, I think that’s an opportunity. That just shows you how much people love football,” Repole told reporters on Friday. “I think the NFL’s doing eight, or nine, or 10 international games this year. … They’re adding an extra week, talking about two more expansion teams… It’s great for football.”
“We’re not here to overlap with those [NFL/CFB]”#UFL owner Mike Repole talking about possibly moving the start date of the UFL season but not overlapping with #NFL & #CFB season which are both becoming longer seasons 👀
