Since Jason Kelce retired, he has been seen just about everywhere. His brother dating Taylor Swift has certainly helped that aspect. He has been loved by the Swifties ever since he went shirtless for the first time he met her.

He was a six-time first-team All-Pro, made seven Pro Bowls, and won Super Bowl LII with the Eagles in 2017. Kelce could’ve ridden off into the sunset and enjoyed the quiet life. Since retiring, he has transitioned into a prominent media personality, joining ESPN’s Monday Night Countdown as an analyst.

Not to mention, you can see regular clips of him and Travis on their hit “New Heights” podcast. He has appeared on Saturday Night Live and Abbott Elementary and hosted a late-night sports talk show, They Call it Late Night with Jason Kelce.

This week, sports media insider Andrew Marchand reported that ESPN is considering a change to its No. 2 NFL announcing team of Chris Fowler, Dan Orlovsky, and Louis Riddick. The report named either Kelce or Kurt Warner as the new color commentators, along with new play-by-play announcers.

“ESPN expected to change its No. 2 NFL game-calling team of Chris Fowler, Dan Orlovsky, and Louis Riddick Jr. A potential new booth could include Jason Kelce or Kurt Warner alongside new play-by-play announcers via (Andrew Marchand),” Underdog NFL wrote on X.

That was more than enough for fans to react negatively.

“Another year of Jason Kelce shoved down our throats,” one fan said.

“Trust me when we say this. We don’t want Jason Kelce. Thank you,” a second fan stated.

“Stop forcing Jason Kelce on us. He’s insufferable,” a third person added.

“It’s only been a year, and we are sick of Jason Kelce,” a fourth person wrote.

“The gotta stop forcing kelce on ppl man it ain’t working let it go,” one final person commented.

Despite how fans feel, Kelce isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. The Athletic listed Kelce as “a dark horse candidate” to move into the booth as an analyst for the No. 2 team. So, it’s not set in stone just yet.

Kelce spent the last two seasons as a studio analyst on Monday Night Countdown and has recently expanded his role by joining ESPN’s golf coverage.
