NFL Fans Believe They’ve Figured Out Who Will Hire John Harbaugh

The Baltimore Ravens surprised the NFL on Tuesday by firing head coach John Harbaugh after 18 seasons. The decision ended one of the longest and most successful coaching runs in the league.
Harbaugh brought steady success to Baltimore. He finished with a 180-113 record and led the team to a Super Bowl win. Fans respected him, and players trusted him. Even so, the change came quickly.
Around the league, reports indicated tension within the organization. Some linked Harbaugh’s exit to his relationship with quarterback Lamar Jackson, though the Ravens never confirmed that. Still, the timing raised plenty of questions.
Mike Preston of The Baltimore Sun added to all these. “It’s clear that coach John Harbaugh has become tired Jackson,” Preston wrote. “He has to, or Jackson will go into his own self-exile.” That comment was noticed quickly.
Now the conversation has shifted. Many NFL fans believe they already know where John Harbaugh could end up next.
Giants Buzz Grows Louder For Harbaugh

The New York Giants sit at the center of the talk. Fans and analysts pushed that idea within minutes of the news. Many called the Giants the best fit for Harbaugh.
Gary Myers spelled it out clearly. “The Giants have the best coaching opening,” Myers wrote. “John Harbaugh is now by far the best coach available. This is almost too good to be true for the Giants. They must go get him. He checks every box.”

Giants Daily also gave almost the same view. “John Harbaugh is exactly who the Giants need from a leadership/culture building standpoint,” the outlet said. The outlet also noted concerns from his final years in Baltimore. Still, it labeled him a top coach.

There are questions about his final years in Baltimore with all the blown leads, critical coaching errors and underachieving years.

Kevin Clark of Omaha Productions added a bold take. “The Giants should let John Harbaugh fire their GM,” Clark suggested. That comment created some unrest for sure.

Dan Schneier also leaned into the idea. “John Harbaugh to the Giants feels inevitable,” Schneier wrote. “He’s exactly what this franchise needs.”
Jon Harbaugh to the Giants feels inevitable based on the criteria for next head coach the Giants have laid out to us consistently + what he will be looking for in his next opportunity and I couldn’t be more excited about the prospect. He’s exactly what this franchise needs.

Support for Harbaugh started before his exit. Former Giants star Tiki Barber backed him earlier this year. “He’s a proven leader,” Barber said. “In a heartbeat, you’d want him as the leader of this organization if he shakes free.”
Nothing is official yet. The Giants still need to act. Fans already believe they know the ending. Harbaugh now holds all the attention. The next move belongs to New York.
